Overview
The The SoNo Collection project involved structural design for a commercial retail development in Norwalk, Connecticut. The project required coordination between multiple tenant requirements, site constraints, and structural efficiency to create flexible retail spaces that could accommodate various configurations.
My Role
- Performed analysis and design of structural systems for the retail development.
- Produced structural drawings and specifications from schematic design through construction documents.
- Coordinated with architects and contractors to accommodate tenant-specific requirements within the structural framework.
- Reviewed shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs to ensure compliance with design intent during construction.
